At Wharton, Ankur is pursuing majors in entrepreneurship and innovation as well as strategic management while exploring his passion for social impact and leadership. He is also serving as a William P. Lauder Wharton Leadership Fellow, a role that combines 16 months of leadership development programming with practical experience supporting first-year students with intensive coaching and mentoring. Additionally, Ankur is the president for Wharton Global Impact Consultants, a student-led organization focused on providing pro-bono consulting to impact-driven organizations or resource-limited social enterprises in developing nations. Beyond extracurriculars, Ankur serves as a teaching assistant for several courses in Wharton’s full-time and executive MBA programs, including macroeconomics, microeconomics for managers, and dynamic marketing strategy.

Prior to Wharton, Ankur worked for Accenture Strategy, where he focused on growth strategy and digital business building. His favorite projects include helping a state government address unemployment through education and creating a digital health platform business for elders aging at home.

This past summer, Ankur interned with Bain & Company in his hometown of Atlanta, where he plans to return for full-time employment. Ankur hopes to focus his time in strategy consulting on social impact, especially in education and workforce development topics. In addition to spending time with his wife and family, Ankur enjoys travel, reading, poker, coffee, and mixology.
