As an MBA candidate at Tepper, Jordan is focusing on marketing, strategy, and organizational behavior. She is the Graduate Business Association admissions officer, VP of alumni and corporate relations for the Black Business Association, and a member of the Marketing Club advisory board. In her first year, she served on the GBA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee and served as chair of the 2021 Welcome Weekend committee.
Prior to Tepper, Jordan worked in the beauty industry for six years in sales and marketing at L’Oréal and butter LONDON. Most recently in brand marketing at butter LONDON, an Astral Brands beauty company, she developed, launched, and marketed consumer products. This summer, Jordan joined PepsiCo as a marketing intern on the PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) Central Division team.
After Tepper, she is aiming for a role in a consumer-centric brand or product marketing with a global organization committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. In her free time, Jordan loves indoor cycling, the Seattle Seahawks, and spending time with family and friends.
