At Tepper, Rebecca is concentrating on organizational behavior and communications. She serves as the people strategy leader for Carnegie Autonomous Racing, is the professional development leader in the Organizational Leadership Club, and is actively engaged with the Accelerate Leadership Center.
Before Tepper, Rebecca worked as a technical recruiter at Qualtrics where she helped grow the company from 500 employees to over 3,500. She spent seven years in various roles including university and technology recruiting, analytics, and DEI. It was during this time that she gained a passion for people management and coaching.
After Tepper, Rebecca plans to work as an HR business partner and aspires to become a chief people officer. She hopes to dedicate her career to cultivating psychologically safe and inclusive work environments in the technology industry. Rebecca enjoys quilting, cooking, video games, podcasts, and being outdoors.
