Board Demographic Disclosure

As part of our commitment to transparency and in compliance with Illinois Public Act 103-0635 (805 ILCS 105/114.15), we are required to publish aggregated demographic information about our Board of Directors. This law applies to non profit organizations that make more than $1 million in grants annually, requiring them to publicly disclose demographic data.

While we fully support efforts to promote transparency in governance, we also respect the personal privacy of our board members. At this time, each of our 11 directors have declined to provide demographic information. The law allows individuals to withhold their personal data without penalty, and we uphold that right.

As required, we will continue to follow all compliance guidelines and update this disclosure annually within 30 days of filing our AG990-IL. Should any board members choose to disclose their demographic information in the future, we will update this page accordingly.
