We’re excited to meet your nominee
Step 1
First, the form. It asks for basic biographical information. In addition, nominators may upload additional supporting materials. What does McGowan look for in leaders? Check the McGowan Principles.
Complete the nomination form by February 10, 2024.
Step 2
The selection committee will select award finalists based on alignment with the McGowan Principles.
Step 3
During the week of February 21, the selection committee will identify finalists, notify them, and confirm each nominee’s consent to media availability.
Step 4
During the week of March 15, the selection committee will identify an award winner. The winner will be notified and accept our invitation to the award ceremony.
Step 5
The McGowan Award will be presented at the Society for Human Resource Management Annual Conference & Expo in Chicago, June 2024.
